California American Water has worked to engage the public throughout the development of the Coastal Water Project. Community outreach efforts have included 30 town hall meetings, as well as small group or organization presentations, a project library and permit coordination center, media relations, advertising, descriptive brochures and mailings and direct communication with relevant stakeholders and community leaders.
