Costs


The California Public Utilities Commission regulates the rates of California American Water. The CPUC will review, consider and take action on the rate impacts of the Coastal Water Project through the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) application process, which is held concurrently with the CPUC’s environmental review.
