California American Water
California American Water is a subsidiary of American Water Works Company,
Inc., the largest water resources company in North America serving over 18 million people. The Co.'s facilities in Monterey supply water
from the Carmel Valley and Seaside Aquifers, and the San Clemente and Los
Padres Dams & Reservoirs. Highly committed to both water quality and its
customers, California American Water has appointed its Monterey-based General
Manager, Steve Leonard, and Monterey Senior Operations Engineer, John Klein,
to serve as local leaders for the Coastal Water Project. Both are responsible
for working with the local community and government to achieve a water supply
solution for our coastal communities.
Monterey County Water Resources Agency
Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA) manages, protects, and enhances the quantity and quality of water for Monterey County. The Agency also provides specified flood control services. The agency's vision is to be the leader in efficient, innovative and equitable water resources management. Curtis Weeks, General Manager of MCWRA, has been working closely with California American Water Company to ensure the Coastal Water Project meets a broad spectrum of our community's water needs.
RBF Consulting
RBF provides professional consulting services for civil and environmental engineering as well as planning. Services for civil engineering include various elements of land development, water resources, transportation and public works. RBF Consulting has senior staff experience with all the numerous applicable local, state and federal environmental regulations including CEQA and NEPA documents. Planning services encompass both urban and regional aspects of land planning, comprehensive planning, web design, and environmental documentation. Surveying services include GPS surveying, mapping, GIS, and construction staking. RBF also provides construction management services to work together with public and private clients to achieve superior results on construction projects. RBF's diversity allows the company to serve clients during each phase of a project, including advance/preliminary planning services, design, and final construction oversight. Some recent projects include facilities in Huntington Beach, Carlsbad, and Dana Point all on the California Coast as well as Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.

PRIDESA was founded in 1975, with a clear mission: "to be a leading company
in water and wastewater treatment and reverse osmosis desalination." From
the outset, PRIDESA has been a leader in desalination, demonstrated by more
than fifty reference plants in this sector. PRIDESA has implemented over
150 water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects and has developed a
strong expertise in the treatment of wastewaters for reuse. Today, operation
and maintenance and integrated water services management are an essential
